Therapist

Felisha Estes, MSW, LSW, has over 20 years of professional experience in the medical and mental health field. She started her career journey after graduating from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2003, initially focusing on post-partum women and the care of newborns, extending her expertise to young adults. Felisha is passionate about positively impacting others’ lives, dedicating herself to advocating for her clients and facilitating their personal growth through intervention and empowerment.

Understanding the significance of effective communication, she strives to ensure that her clients are not only heard but also understood authentically. This commitment to fostering understanding and empowerment led Felisha to join The Howard Center For Wellness, where she seeks expanded opportunities for advocacy.

With a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University earned in 2015, Felisha is keen on advancing her career, particularly in the realms of youth and family advocacy. Her involvement extends to her local church's youth and mental health initiatives, where she leverages her communication skills to inspire and empower individuals across all age groups. This is evident in her contributions, such as helping with a grief group that provides a platform for holistic healing and expression.

Felisha aspires to extend her services to a diverse range of clients, aiming to enhance her skills as an advocate, educator, mentor, and clinician. Her goal is to offer guidance and support to those in need.
