FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  What are some of the common cases you work with and treat?

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

  • All Credit / Debit Cards are accepted, as well as Insurance.

  • Funds should be made payable to "The Howard Center for Wellness", and not your individual therapist.

Q:  What insurance do you accept?

 

  • We accept all private and commercial health insurance plans, as a non-participating provider.  We also accept Medicare Part B assignment. Many of our clients have Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Amerigroup, Magellan, or Unitedhealth coverage. 

Q:  What is the best way to schedule an appointment?

  • NEW CLIENTS: We encourage all new clients to first schedule an Initial Intake Assessment, either through our website booking link or by calling our office.

  • EXISTING CLIENTS: Existing clients should schedule appointments via our website booking link at the top of each page, or by calling our office.

Q:  What if I have a condition that's not on your list of services?

  • We encourage you to visit our office for an evaluation so that we can see if The Howard Center for Wellness is a good fit for you.
