Adrienne Sauer, MSW, LSW

Adrienne Sauer is a Licensed Social Worker registered in the State of New Jersey. She obtained her Masters of Social Work Degree from Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ after graduating from the University of Delaware majoring in Sociology. Adrienne has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults and geriatric populations. She has primary experience counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship, adjustment and emotional regulation issues.

Adrienne uses a variety of therapies tailored to her clients’ individual needs including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Mindfulness, Meditation, and overall Self-Care. In her clinical practice she strives to create a safe therapeutic space where her clients can feel free of judgement and learn self-love, self-empowerment and to create the best lives for themselves.
