Regina Wester, MSW, LSW

Regina Wester is a Licensed Social Worker registered in the State of New Jersey. Regina obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, after graduating from Rutgers with a major in Social Work with a minor in Psychology. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. She has experience counseling individuals with depression, anxiety, relationship, and adjustment issues.

Regina uses a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness, Meditation, and a Strengths-Based approach. She strives to always provide clients with an environment where they feel safe expressing themselves and free from judgment. Regina is dedicated to reducing the disparity in access to quality mental health resources and works towards ending mental health stigma.
