Frida earned her Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University, following a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Her professional journey began as a Medical Social Worker, where she offered counseling to individuals during medical or surgical hospital stays, including emergency situations. She then advanced to a role as a Psychiatric Care Manager, helping people with major mental illnesses transition from hospital settings to independent living, while coordinating necessary services and support. For over three decades, Frida has directed the Social Services at a nursing and rehabilitation center working with individuals, families, and couples. She has empowered a diverse clientele to navigate life’s challenges and embrace change—always striving to transform adversity into positive outcomes. Her approach is centered on developing robust coping mechanisms within a supportive, judgment-free environment. Frida is committed to helping facilitate healing and growth, and tailors her methods to the unique needs and goals of each client.
